Travel and holidays are all about spending time with the ones you love and getting away from the day to day stresses of life. They are a recharge, a breath of fresh air.
Food often plays a part in the enjoyment and the relaxation of a holiday as It is a time when you will all sit down together and share a meal, all so often not the case at home.
As a family, we have been fortunate to travel and experience food from many places. Whether it's in the mountains when we have been away skiing or in Greece or Turkey. Food is very much in our DNA and trips no matter how small always involve a
food stop. Whether its a mother and son run on a Sunday morning, ending up with coffee and cake at their favourite coffee stop. Date night when George is at a party and a spot of tapas or curry for the two of us. Dad and son trips to buy
trainers on inset days followed by sushi or a burrito.
I think you can see a theme here. It all revolves around food. So, in this section of the blog I'm going to share some of our travel and food experiences mixed in with things we got
up to whilst we were there.
The world literally is your oyster.
